Surgical Technologist (CST) – Operating Room | Minneapolis, MN
We are seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) for a long-term contract opportunity at the Minneapolis VA Medical Center. The Surgical Technologist will support advanced and complex surgical services in a high-acuity operating room environment.
Schedule: 40 hours/week, approximately 20 shifts/month
Shifts: Rotating 8-hour shifts (7:00 AM–3:30 PM, 9:30 AM–6:00 PM, or 11:00 AM–7:30 PM)
Contract: 12+ months; 26-week assignment options available
On-Call: Evenings, weekends, and holidays as assigned; must be reachable within 15 minutes and onsite within 60 minutes when called
Onboarding: Approximately 6–8 weeks
Requirements:
- Current CST certification
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years of recent Surgical Technologist/Scrub Tech experience in an acute care hospital
- High-acuity OR experience preferred
