Staff Accountant – On-site

As the Staff Accountant, your responsibilities will include Accounts Payable, Billing, Collections, month-end closing procedures, assisting with journal entries, Payroll processing, and various Human Resource tasks. This comprehensive approach ensures you are well-versed in all aspects of the accounting operations. Additionally, you and the CFO will collaborate on special projects, contributing to the continuous improvement and efficiency of the organization.
· Accounts Payable
· Billing, Collections
· Perform month-end closing activities, journal entry preparation
· Payroll Processing, run payroll reports
· Human Resource tasks
· Collaborate on special projects
--Ideal Candidate
- Accountant with AP/AR experience
- Quick learner, technically savvy
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains is a plus
- Accounting background, particularly with industrial/manufacturing clients
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (pivots, vlookups), Adobe PDF
- Familiarity with payroll software is beneficial
