About the Role
This isn’t your typical sales job. As our Case Manager, you’ll be the first point of contact for new patients. You’ll build trust quickly, explain the benefits of Red Light Therapy, and help patients commit to the care plan that’s right for them. Think of yourself as both a consultant and a coach, guiding patients through their wellness journey while driving strong sales results.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on closing sales, connecting with people, and celebrating their success along the way.
What You’ll Do
- Consult with new patients and confidently explain how Red Light Therapy works
- Present and sell care plans that align with patient goals
- Take accurate before/after measurements to showcase progress
- Encourage commitment and keep patients motivated through their plan
- Assist patients on and off therapy beds and track their results
- Maintain an energetic, professional, and welcoming space
What We’re Looking For
- Proven sales experience – REQUIRED
- A natural people-person with confidence and charisma
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable with progress tracking and measurements
- Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-driven
- Positive attitude with the ability to think quickly and overcome objections
- Team player who loves helping others succeed
