Role Description This full-time Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR) role is a hybrid position based in Phoenix, AZ. After a 90 day in office evaluation, the right applicant will have the flexibility to work remotely. The CSR will handle inbound and outbound customer communications, respond to policyholder inquiries, and provide guidance on coverage, billing, claims, and policy changes. Daily responsibilities include processing policy updates, documenting interactions in agency systems, and coordinating with agents and carriers to resolve customer issues. The role also involves proactively following up with clients, supporting retention efforts, and ensuring a positive, compliant customer experience in line with agency standards.
Qualifications
Active Arizona Property & Casualty License required.
Minimum 2 years of Personal Lines Insurance experience preferred.
Proficiency with EZLynx Agency Management System and experience with comparative rating platforms and carrier websites.
Strong knowledge of homeowners, auto, umbrella, landlord, and recreational vehicle insurance products.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality customer service and maintain strong customer satisfaction.
Ability to multitask and provide responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
Independent agency experience preferred.
