Responsibilities
As a Service Assistant/Porter, you'll play an important role in keeping our service department running efficiently. Responsibilities include:
- Moving customer vehicles safely throughout the service process
- Assisting technicians and service advisors with daily operations
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional shop and customer area
- Drop off and pick up customers via shuttle
- Washing, vacuuming, and fueling loaners and shuttle
- Organizing and cleaning the parking lot
- Picking up and delivering parts as needed
- Assisting with shop maintenance and general housekeeping duties
- Supporting the team with miscellaneous tasks to ensure smooth daily operations
- Be open to additional tasks when required
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to safely operate customer vehicles
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Dependable and punctual
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Automotive experience is helpful but not required
- Willingness to learn and grow—we are happy to train the right candidate
- Pass a drug screening
