As a locally owned and nurse-led home care and home health agency, we provide compassionate skilled nursing and homemaker services throughout Chicago’s South Side and surrounding communities.
We’re expanding our outreach team and seeking a motivated Marketing, Sales & Community Outreach Specialist to help us connect with families, referral partners, and organizations that can benefit from our award-winning care. This role combines strategic marketing, direct sales, and community engagement to drive growth and strengthen our presence in the local healthcare market.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to promote our Home Health and Home Care services.

Generate and follow up on qualified leads through referral relationships, direct outreach, and digital channels.

Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, senior centers, case managers, discharge planners, and community leaders.

Conduct sales presentations and consultations to convert leads into active clients.

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and community partnerships.

Lead and train field marketers to ensure consistent messaging, brand alignment, and sales performance.

Attend community events, health fairs, and networking sessions to promote BrightStar Care services.

Negotiate and manage partnership agreements with vendors and local organizations.

Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring every interaction reflects our mission of “A Higher Standard of Care.”
Qualifications

Proven experience in healthcare sales, marketing, or business development (home care, home health, or senior care experience strongly preferred).

Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and building long-term client relationships.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual abilities are a strong plus.

Confident working independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.

Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM tools, Microsoft 365, and digital marketing platforms.
