Hungry Howie’s, the home of Flavored Crust® Pizza, is seeking an immediate full-time Shift Manager for our location at 5613 University Blvd W, Jacksonville, Florida 32216 . We are looking for the right person with the right experience to join our leadership team and help us deliver excellent food, great service, and a positive workplace culture.
This role is designed for a motivated individual with at least 2+ years of food management experience (restaurant, QSR, fast casual, or similar). If you have more than two years, even better, we value leadership depth and proven results.
As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for running shifts, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and leading a team in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment. You must be a quick learner, able to think on your feet, and willing to step into any role when the store is busy. You’ll be expected to lead by example, motivate your team, and make smart decisions under pressure.
