Armed Patrol Officer
Job Description Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Armed Patrol Officer to oversee security operations at our HOA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security and law enforcement, ensuring the safety and security of the premises. We have two 3rd shifts available.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols to maintain surveillance
- Monitor neighborhood for any suspicious activities
- Implement security procedures to militarize the site effectively
- Handle conflicts and emergencies with professionalism
- Provide first aid/CPR assistance when necessary
Requirements
- Prior experience in law enforcement or security roles preferred
- Certification in surveillance or related field is preferred
- Proficient in conflict management techniques
- Knowledge of first aid/CPR procedures
- Familiarity with Gate Access systems and security protocols
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
