Therapeutic Massage & Wellness located in Newtown, CT is expanding our Front Desk team. This job is a part-time position 15-20 hours a week. (Must be able to work weekends including Sundays.) Available shifts of 9am-3pm and 230pm-8pm. Employees work both shifts throughout the week.
We are looking for someone who cares deeply about client experience and providing the best service they can. Out Front Desk associates undertake all receptionist and clerical duties of the spa as well as management of the entire business frame. You will be the “face” of the spa for all incoming clients.
The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy-going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. You should be able to multitask, deal with all questions, complaints, & give accurate information to clients. Strong task prioritization skills are necessary for success. WE ARE ALL ABOUT THE CLIENTS. Our ultimate goal is to make all clients feel comfortable & special while on our premises.

Greeting and checking in clients
