The Cumberland Club is a private social club located in Downtown Portland. We are hiring full time, with benefits line cooks for our professional kitchen. We serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner Tuesday-Friday and dinner only on Saturday. We offer an elevated/fine dining experience to our members and thier guests. We host multiple events every month with a variety of cuisines.
We are looking for 2 experienced Line Cooks to work in a fine dining, team-oriented environment. Competitive wages and benefits. Free Parking and shift meal, Sunday's & Monday's off! Clean, friendly, well-maintained kitchen.
- Prepare recipes to order for timing, quality, and consistency.
- Maintain a clean, safe, stocked, and organized workstation according to company standards, health department regulations, and manufacturer specifications.
- Oversee shared kitchen team tasks including but not limited to cleaning and organizing, opening and closing the kitchen, receiving orders, etc.
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
- Complete other duties as assigned in support of the business.
