1. Assist in the overall operations of OMFRC as instructed by the OMFRC Manager.
2. Assist in the delivery of services as instructed by the Addictions Clinical Supervisor.
3. Actively participate as a team member in the day to day operations. Case conferences, staffing, and collaborate with peers to problem solve.
4. Participate in intensive, competency- based training to learn the dynamics of substance abuse counseling through a combination of job shadowing, coursework, and direct services.
5. Provide individual and group counseling independently within 6 months of hire.
6. Ensure adherence to treatment plan and monitor client progress in reaching treatment objectives.
7. May provide interagency coordination including working with schools, the court system, and other local entities.
8. Complete administrative and clinical documentation in a timely manner in order to maintain program compliance within the guidelines established by Tanana Chiefs Conference, Indian Health Services, the State of Alaska, Medicaid, and other regulatory agencies.
9. Maintain accurate inventory of camp equipment and supplies.
10. Order supplies when needed.
