We invest heavily in keeping our nurses happy with a retention incentive program and a matching system that pairs you with cases based on your geography, skills, and preferences.
About Us:
Next 2 Heart Health Care Services is a nurse‑focused homecare agency providing in‑home private duty nursing for medically fragile pediatric patients under the Georgia GAPP program. We are currently building a pool of experienced RNs so we can staff new referrals quickly as they come in. If you love pediatric 1:1 care and want an agency that actually listens to its nurses, we’d like to talk to you.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide skilled nursing care for medically fragile children in their homes (G‑tubes, trachs, vents, seizure precautions, medication administration, etc., as appropriate per case).
- Complete accurate assessments, documentation, and timely charting according to agency and GAPP requirements.
- Collaborate with families and the care team to follow physician orders and individualized care plans.
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition and participate in care plan updates.
- Uphold infection control and safety standards in the home setting.
What We Offer:
- Competitive hourly pay with opportunities for consistent shifts.
- Retention incentive program based on attendance, reliability, and doing the job right.
- Matching system that pairs you with patients based on geography, clinical skill, and your shift preferences – to reduce burnout and commute time.
- Flexible scheduling: mix of days, evenings, nights, and weekend shifts available as cases open.
- Supportive leadership that understands PDN, pediatrics, and the realities of working in the home.
- Opportunity to help medically fragile children stay safely at home with their families.
Requirements:
- Active Georgia Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- At least 1 year of experience in pediatric, home health, PICU/NICU, or similar high‑acuity setting preferred.
- Comfortable working independently in the home and communicating clearly with families.
- Ability to complete required documentation accurately and on time.
How to Apply:
Apply through Indeed with your resume. Our team is actively building our RN pool for upcoming pediatric cases across Georgia. If you meet the basic requirements, we will reach out quickly to schedule a brief phone or video interview to learn more about your experience, your preferred schedule, and the types of cases you enjoy.
