Mountain Promotions – Customer Service Representative
Job Brief:
We are looking for a warm and engaging customer service representative with a passion for working with our customers and staff to guide promotional projects from concept to finished products.
Customer service representatives collect information from customers, suggest appropriate promotional solutions, set expectations on timeline and on budget to ensure that expectations are met, if not exceeded. Your job is to make sure our customers have an awesome promotional experience.

Job Responsibilities Include:
- Communicating with customers via phone, e-mail, and face-to-face interaction.
- Collecting detailed information from customers to guide design and production staff.
- Quote preparation using professional accounting software (training provided).
- Ensuring that customer orders are produced on an appropriate timeline.
- Full-time position.
Ideal candidates would exhibit the following:
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Interest in current fashion trends, apparel, and promotional products.
- Desire to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills with an understanding of deadline prioritization, time management, and costs.
- Creative thinking with strong basic math skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer programs (i.e. Word, Excel, accounting or quoting software, etc.).
- Willingness to network with potential customers.
- Previous sales experience or promotional industry experience a plus but not required.

Mountain Promotions offers custom promotional products and apparel services performing in-house screen printing, embroidery, graphic design, promotional product sourcing, and custom vehicle graphics and signage to a local customer base in southeastern Wisconsin.
