What You'll Do
- Greet customers and provide an exceptional service experience.
- Write and manage repair orders from start to finish.
- Effectively communicate vehicle recommendations and maintenance needs.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs.
- Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the repair process.
- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction and performance goals.
- Assist in building long-term relationships that drive customer retention.
What We're Looking For
- Previous dealership Service Advisor experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and team-first mentality.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Strong follow-up and time management abilities.
- Valid driver's license and a professional appearance.
