We are a custom cabinetry manufacturer in North Charleston seeking a dependable, hard-working Cabinet Maker Apprentice or Entry to Mid-level Cabinet Maker to join our production floor. If you are mechanically inclined, skilled with hand tools, and want to learn a high-demand trade, this is an entry-level opportunity with long-term growth potential.
We will fully train the right candidate who demonstrates high reliability, a strong work ethic, and a coachable attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble custom cabinetry and components using hand tools, power tools, and shop machinery
- Learn to read cut lists, shop drawings, and architectural cabinetry plans
- Measure, inspect, and accurately label materials for specific jobs
- Operate basic shop equipment and update job statuses in our digital workflow system
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace using 3S principles (Sort, Sweep, Standardize)
Qualifications & Physical Requirements
- Mechanical Aptitude: Basic experience using hand/power tools and reading a tape measure accurately
- Teachable Mindset: Willingness to take direction, learn manufacturing software, and master assembly/woodworking techniques
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand/walk for 10-hour shifts and consistently lift up to 50 lbs
- Work Environment: Active manufacturing facility without climate control (exposure to heat/cold; fans and heaters provided)
- Dependability: Punctuality and consistent attendance are essential—frequent absenteeism and tardiness are not tolerated
Schedule & Benefits
- Work Schedule: Mon–Thu, 6:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (3-day weekends most weeks)
- Overtime: Friday overtime as required by production volume
- Breaks: Two paid 15-minute breaks and an unpaid 30-minute lunch daily

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
