Full job description
Woodstock Terrace, located in Woodstock Vermont, is seeking a Full-Time, Part-Time or Per Diem cook to create meals according to recipes and food safety guidelines . Ensure that all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards . Assist with meal planning and inventory management . Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures. Monitor and record food temperatures to ensure safety. Adhere to all health and safety regulations. Proven experience as a cook in the food industry with knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment. Strong understanding of food safety practices and procedures. Excellent organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail. Must have the ability to work well in a team setting.
