Pike Creek Mortgage is looking to add an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant to our growing team!
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience as a Loan Officer Assistant
- Experience with Encompass
Some duties and responsibilities are:
- Being hands on with each mortgage loan from application to closing
- Multitasking and prioritizing items based on day to day activities
- Working directly with applicants and collecting their personal information needed for mortgage process
- Working with realtor partners, attorneys, title agents, etc.
- Maintaining Loan Officer's settlement calendar
- Appointment setting
- Ordering appraisals and dealing with other 3rd party vendors
