Say Yes Therapy is not another crowded chain clinic. We are a boutique rehabilitation practice in Orlando, FL specializing in neurological and orthopedic physical therapy — and we do it differently.
Every patient gets one therapist, one-on-one, for a full hour. No aides. No split attention. No rushed sessions. We are one of the only clinics in Central Florida that operates this way — and our 4.9-star Google rating reflects what that means to patients.
We treat complex, meaningful cases: stroke recovery, Parkinson's disease (LSVT BIG® certified), orthopedic and post-surgical rehab, dry needling, and advanced recovery modalities. Our patients travel from across Orange, Seminole, and Volusia counties because the care here is different.
We're looking for a licensed Physical Therapist who chose this career to connect with patients and make a real difference — not to move through a high-volume caseload. If you find yourself frustrated by assembly-line PT, this is the role you've been waiting for.
Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience. We're not the highest-paying clinic in Orlando, and we're upfront about that. What we offer instead is something rarer: the time, space, and clinical environment to actually practice at the top of your license.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Deliver full one-hour, one-on-one PT sessions —80% of your caseload, every visit
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans for neurological and orthopedic conditions
- Perform manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, dry needling (or willingness to train), BFR, and red light therapy protocols
- Work with patients recovering from stroke, Parkinson's disease, joint replacement, sports injuries, and post-surgical cases
- Communicate clearly and compassionately — in English and Spanish when needed
- Maintain accurate documentation while keeping your clinical focus on the patient in front of you
- Collaborate closely with our small OT and PT team
REQUIREMENTS
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent degree
- Active Florida PT license (or eligibility to obtain before start date)
- Experience in outpatient orthopedic and/or neurological PT
- Genuine commitment to patient-centered, relationship-driven care
- Strong clinical reasoning and hands-on manual therapy skills
NICE TO HAVE (NOT REQUIRED)
- Bilingual: English and Spanish — strongly preferred given our patient population
- Dry needling (DN) certification
- LSVT BIG® certification or experience with Parkinson's rehabilitation
- Experience with BFR training or red light therapy
- Familiarity with Medicare and major insurance billing
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive salary commensurate with experience
- Intentionally manageable caseload — time to do your job well
- One-on-one sessions only: no double-booking, no aides running your patients
- Continuing education support and paid CEU days
- Dry needling and advanced modality training available if not already certified
- Supportive, small-team clinical culture where your expertise is respected
- The chance to build long-term therapeutic relationships with patients who genuinely need you
WHO YOU'LL SERVE
Our patients are complex, motivated, and grateful. Many have been through chain clinics and didn't get better. They found us because we specialize. You'll work with Parkinson's patients using evidence protocols, stroke survivors pushing hard to regain independence, and athletes and post-surgical patients who need a therapist who listens. A significant portion of our patient community speaks Spanish — bilingual therapists can serve them at a deeper level.
