We’re looking for a strong, experienced plumber who knows how to work in tunnels and isn’t afraid of real sewer work. If you’ve done full sewer replacements under homes, worked inside tunnels, and can handle repairs the right way the first time — this could be a great fit.
This is not just light service plumbing. The primary focus is under-slab sewer replacements and repairs inside tunnels. Some service calls will come up, but most of your time will be in the ground doing real plumbing work.
What You’ll Be Doing:
· Working inside tunnels under homes for full sewer replacements and spot repairs
· Replacing cast iron with Schedule 40 PVC
· Diagnosing sewer issues and making proper repair recommendations
· Coordinating with our in-house dig crew
· Occasional residential service calls
· Communicating clearly with homeowners about scope of work
· Keeping job sites safe, clean, and organized
· Following plumbing codes and safety standards at all times
What You Need:
· Valid Texas Tradesman or Journeyman Plumber License
· Experience working in tunnels (required)
· Experience with full sewer line replacements under slab
· At least 3+ years of hands-on plumbing experience
· Ability to work independently and make solid decisions onsite
· Strong work ethic and good attitude

· $80,000 - $95,000 salary per year D.O.E.
