What You'll Do:
Nighttime Magic: Help put the house back together after a day full of laughter, movement, and meaningful engagement
Create Comfort: Provide gentle support, ensuring residents feel safe and at ease overnight
Build Community: Use behavioral interventions that foster independence and connection
Bring Purpose: Support a model of care that prioritizes engagement over routine tasks
Who You Are:
A natural night owl who enjoys working when the world is quiet
Someone who loves bringing calm, order, and care to a home environment
❤Passionate about redefining dementia care with creativity and compassion
Licensed team members preferred, but not required
