About the Role
As a Precision Machining Specialist, you will play a vital role in transforming raw materials into high-precision components that drive our production success. You will leverage your technical expertise in CNC and manual machining to ensure every part meets rigorous engineering standards while optimizing shop floor efficiency.
Responsibilities-
Configure and manage CNC and manual equipment to achieve precise component specifications.

Interpret complex engineering blueprints and technical schematics to guide production workflows.

Optimize production outcomes by selecting appropriate tooling, fixtures, and workholding solutions.

Ensure superior quality control by conducting thorough first-piece and in-process inspections using precision metrology tools.

Maximize operational uptime by troubleshooting machining issues and performing proactive equipment maintenance.

Drive process efficiency by making necessary program adjustments and minor edits to machining sequences.

Document production data and quality metrics to maintain high standards of accountability and traceability.

Collaborate with the team to uphold safety protocols and maintain an organized, high-performance work environment.

Proven experience operating CNC mills, lathes, or fabrication machinery.

Proficiency in reading and applying technical drawings and work instructions.

Strong command of precision measuring instruments including micrometers, calipers, and indicators.

Solid understanding of machining tolerances, material properties, and metal behavior.

Demonstrated commitment to quality control and meticulous attention to detail.

Advanced experience with CNC setup, tool offsets, and machine calibration.
