Job Summary
- Prepare surfaces by scraping, washing, sanding, filling holes, and priming.
- Apply paint, stains, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and protect client furniture and floors.
- Communicate politely with homeowners and property managers on job sites
- Minimum 2 years of professional painting experience.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to local job sites.
- Physical ability to stand, bend, and work on ladders for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Construction Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be an essential part of various construction projects, assisting with site preparation, material handling, and the execution of concrete and structural work. Your energy and attention to safety will contribute to the successful completion of projects while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of construction sites, including site clearing and material organization
- Operate hand tools, power tools, concrete mixers, and other equipment safely and efficiently
- Support concrete pouring, finishing, cutting, and rebar installation to ensure quality standards are met
- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans to execute tasks accurately
- Perform heavy lifting, material transportation, and placement for foundation work, flooring installation, or restoration projects
- Follow all safety protocols and workplace safety regulations to maintain a secure environment for all team members
- Aid in formwork construction, concrete form setup, and stucco or plastering tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Prior experience working on construction projects or in a related trade is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with construction estimating are advantageous
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings accurately
- Knowledge of construction workplace safety regulations and proper use of hand tools and power tools
- Experience with rebar installation, concrete pouring, finishing, cutting, or pumping is highly desirable
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform heavy lifting and work on-site for extended periods
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions effectively
