About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Manager to keep our day-to-day operations organized and running smoothly. You’ll support our team with clerical work, phone calls, scheduling, filing, and light administrative tasks. This role is perfect for someone who’s organized, dependable, and enjoys a mix of responsibilities in a small business setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare estimates, invoices, or basic reports (training provided if needed)
- Help keep the office tidy and running efficiently
- Support the office manager or business owner with administrative tasks
Requirements
- Professional fluency in Spanish and English to communicate with clients, vendors, and team members (a brief language assessment may be part of the interview process)
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, email)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Able to handle multiple tasks and follow directions
- Positive and professional attitude
Preferred (Not Required)
- Prior experience in an office or customer service setting
- Familiarity with construction or service-based businesses
