We are seeking a dependable, energetic, and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, takes pride in maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and understands the importance of punctuality and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Build relationships with customers and provide product recommendations based on their needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor at all times.
- Arrive on time and ready to work for every scheduled shift.
- Operate the point-of-sale system and handle transactions accurately.
- Restock inventory, receive shipments, and maintain product displays.
- Follow all company policies and age-verification requirements.
- Help create a positive shopping experience that keeps customers returning.
Qualifications
- Retail or sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance record.
- Outgoing personality and ability to engage customers in conversation.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and cleanliness standards.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
