This role combines broadcast design, information design, branding, and visual storytelling to create a consistent visual language across studio programming. The Senior Visual Designer will develop scalable design systems and transform complex, data-driven content into compelling on-screen graphics, motion elements, and visual stories.

Help define, maintain, and evolve the visual identity of studio and broadcast programming across multiple shows and formats.

Establish consistency across work created by multiple designers, ensuring graphics and visual assets follow established brand and design standards.

Learn the visual language of existing programming and build, organize, and maintain design files and reusable assets that support ongoing production.

Develop design systems, templates, graphic packages, and motion standards that create a consistent look across studio productions.

Translate data, business information, market insights, and executive messaging into compelling broadcast graphics and visual stories.

Reimagine information traditionally presented in PowerPoint or other static formats for use in broadcasts, video, motion graphics, and other on-screen experiences.

Develop original visual concepts and storytelling frameworks that make complex financial, technical, and strategic information easier for audiences to understand.

Design on-screen graphics, information graphics, data visualizations, presentations, diagrams, and digital assets.

Partner closely with producers, production teams, content teams, and other designers to develop the right visual approach for each production.

Create motion graphics and animated assets for broadcasts, video productions, conferences, digital platforms, social media, and executive communications.

Provide creative direction and quality control across studio design work, with a strong focus on brand consistency and design quality.

Identify opportunities to improve existing workflows and create scalable design systems that allow teams to produce high-quality work more efficiently.

Stay current on trends and tools in broadcast design, information design, motion graphics, data visualization, virtual production, and AI-assisted creative workflows.

Manage multiple projects and production needs simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Information Design, Motion Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

7–10 years of professional design experience with a strong background in broadcast and studio design; Strong broadcast design experience is essential for this role.

Strong portfolio demonstrating broadcast graphics, visual storytelling, information design, data visualization, branding, and motion graphics.

Demonstrated experience creating graphics and visual systems for broadcast, studio, video, or live production environments.

Strong understanding of how graphics function within a broadcast environment and how to translate static information into engaging on-screen visual experiences.

Experience developing and maintaining design systems, templates, or graphic packages used by multiple designers.

Strong brand sensibility and the ability to ensure consistency across work created by different creative contributors.

Advanced understanding of typography, layout, composition, color, visual hierarchy, and information architecture.

Expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

Strong working knowledge of Figma and PowerPoint; experience with Unreal Engine is highly valued.

Experience creating motion graphics, animated explainers, executive presentations, infographics, process diagrams, and data-driven visual content.

Ability to translate complex technical, financial, or strategic concepts into clear and engaging visual communications.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment.

Experience supporting financial services, consulting, technology, corporate communications, or similarly complex industries is highly preferred.
