Responsibilities
- Welcome guests upon arrival and ensure they feel comfortable and engaged throughout the event.
- Coordinate activities and entertainment to keep guests entertained and involved.
- Manage the flow of the event, ensuring all scheduled activities occur on time.
- Assist with setup and breakdown of event spaces, including decorations and equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment during events, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
Skills
- Strong background in hospitality or guest services with a focus on creating positive experiences.
- Experience in events management or coordination is highly desirable.
- Ability to engage with children effectively, ensuring their enjoyment and safety during events.
- Public speaking skills to confidently lead activities and address groups of guests.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor that promotes guest satisfaction.
- Food service experience is a plus, especially in managing food-related aspects of events.
- Knowledge of theater or performance arts can enhance the entertainment value of events hosted.
