Oracle Property Solutions is seeking a dependable, personable, and professional Showing Agent to conduct scheduled rental property showings for prospective tenants.
This position is ideal for someone looking for flexible supplemental income. Showings are scheduled in advance and assigned based on availability. There are no sales quotas, cold calling, or leasing responsibilities—your primary role is to provide an outstanding first impression of our rental homes.
Responsibilities
- Meet prospective tenants at scheduled rental property showings.
- Arrive on time and present a professional appearance.
- Unlock and secure properties before and after each showing.
- Provide basic information about the property and community.
- Answer general questions while referring applicants back to our leasing office for application and qualification questions.
- Report any property concerns after each showing.
- Confirm completion of showings through our property management software.
- Represent Oracle Property Solutions with professionalism and exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Dependable with outstanding punctuality.
- Comfortable working independently.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.
- Ability to use a smartphone for scheduling, navigation, lockboxes, and reporting.
- Comfortable walking stairs and touring occupied and vacant properties.
- Must be available evening and weekends
- Must have reliable and own transportation
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, real estate, leasing, or property management.
- Familiarity with the local area.
Compensation
- $50 per confirmed scheduled one-hour showings.
- Flexible scheduling based on your availability.
