DFG is hiring an entry level Junior Project Manager to join our growing team! Ideal candidate would be a recent graduate looking who’s eager to learn, contribute, and build a long-term career with us.
No professional experience is required — training will be provided.

This position requires flexibility and a willingness to work long hours, including evenings and weekends during peak event periods.
All interviews will be in-person.
Responsibilities
- Update and maintain a variety of project controls that track the status of projects/tasks, changes to projects, drawings and submittal of information to show and client.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal departments, to facilitate smooth project workflows
- Support project managers in tracking project progress, budgets, and resource allocation
- Requests quotes from vendors for project needs. Complete sale purchases
- Prepare estimates based off of client provided drawings/renderings
- Place show service orders, and reconcile after event
- Must be able to work independently, and have a calm attitude under pressure
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear, confident communication (written and verbal)
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn
- Effective communication skills for clear documentation and coordination
- Travel - Must be able to travel up to 40% of the time
- Overtime and weekends are a requirement for this position
- A bachelor’s degree from a regionally or nationally accredited institution is required
