Beautiful Minds, a mental health agency, is seeking Outpatient Therapists to provide mental and behavioral health services to clients from our Linwood and Cape May, NJ locations. The ideal candidate will be able effectively engage with all client populations, continually assess their individual needs, develop a treatment plan, and make clinical recommendations.
**Salary / Compensation is commensurate with experience and licensure.**

Required Skills:
- Use evidence-based treatment modalities
- Provides clinically appropriate treatment based on assessment of clients
- Develop and regularly update treatment plans.
- Document client sessions.
- Manage and maintain caseload of clients.
- Independent thinking and good judgement.
Requirements:
- Working towards a provisional license in the State of New Jersey (LAC, LSW, MFT).
- Experience providing therapeutic services in an outpatient setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Professional liability insurance.
