About the Role:
We are seeking reliable, motivated, and team-oriented individuals to join our Timesavers and Deburring department. This role is responsible for operating deburring and timesaving equipment to grind, blend, buff, and finish metal components to specification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate deburring and timesaving machinery to finish metal products.
- Maintain adherence to ISO9001:2015 standards and internal quality processes.
- Read and interpret blueprints and job instructions accurately.
- Inspect and measure parts using calipers, micrometers, and dial indicators.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong work ethic with good attendance and punctuality.
- Attention to detail and high standards of workmanship.
- Good manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude.
- Team player with solid communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and lift up to 50 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ years of precision metal finishing or related experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Technical school or apprenticeship training is a plus.
