Essential Duties and Responsibilities (This is not an exhaustive list of all duties/responsibilities. Other duties may be assigned)

Provide administrative/clerical support to (MSHS) Director, Assistant Director, and Regional Services Administrator and department staff

Take and prepare minutes in assigned meetings

Prepare, receive, and route incoming/outgoing messages, mail, and letters
-
Ability to prepare letters, documents, records, and reports
-
Review and process payment requests, contracts, and vouchers
-
Resolve conflicts with vendors and/or discrepancies on invoices
- Administer the purchase and procurement of supplies and services
-
Develop and implement standards and specifications for procurement
-
Develop and administer bid requests
-
Monitor supply and inventory levels
-
Supervisory responsibilities
-
Answer telephone inquiries, provide information, take and forward inquiries and messages to the proper recipients
-
Perform general office duties: data/word processing and input, copying, and filing
-
Knowledge of customer service and ability to provide general administrative, clerical services to MSHS Director, Assistant Director & Regional Service Administrators

Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and remain calm and professional under pressure
- Maintain standards of confidentiality of CC Idaho clients and records
-
Performs all work duties and activities in accordance with CC Idaho policies, procedures, and safety practices
Qualifications
- Required
- High School Diploma or GED
-
One or more years clerical experience
-
Current driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
-
Must pass physical examination
- Must pass background checks (State and H&W), including state day care clearance
-
Must obtain clearance of Tuberculosis
-
Must obtain First Aid and CPR certification
Preferred
-
Ability to read, speak, and write in both English/Spanish in a business setting
Required Physical Demands
- Is frequently required to stand; walk; climb or balance, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; reach with hands and arms

Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
