Experience and Education
Bachelor's degree with major coursework in field of molecular biology, toxicology, Microbiology, analytical chemistry with laboratory experience at level of Laboratory test technician or equivalent.
Job Duties
The selected candidate will perform a variety of routine laboratory tests using a range of equipment and will accurately record, analyze, and interpret data in the areas of molecular biology, toxicology, microbiology, and analytical chemistry. Experience with UPLC/HPLC and LC-MS instrumentation is preferred.
Key responsibilities include documenting test results in standardized formats and communicating findings to the Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) teams. The candidate will also support the technical team in troubleshooting testing issues and ensure laboratory equipment is properly maintained to preserve testing accuracy, reliability, and compliance.
Additionally, the candidate will maintain an organized laboratory environment by managing chemicals, reagents, and other laboratory supplies. Responsibilities also include tracking, labeling, and properly storing all samples used in laboratory assays.
Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
