Production Technician – 1st Shift
Location: Salem, NH
Pay: $27–$29/hour
Schedule: 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off
Schedule
- Monday–Thursday: 6:00 AM–3:30 PM (9-hour days)
- Working Friday: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM (8 hours)
- 2 paid breaks
- ½-hour unpaid lunch
- Every other Friday off
Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Technician with hands-on experience in RF (Radio Frequency) and/or high-power technology testing and troubleshooting.
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant technical experience
- Technical certificate or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of analog and digital circuits
- Ability to troubleshoot circuits down to the component level
- Experience identifying and working with resistors, capacitors, diodes, inductors, and other components
- Experience using DMMs, oscilloscopes, and other test equipment
- Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to use previous repair records to troubleshoot and repair products
Responsibilities
- Test and troubleshoot amplifiers and power supplies
- Adjust and calibrate equipment and test stations
- Troubleshoot and repair products at the component level
- Provide testing and repair information to quality and repair teams
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all quality and safety procedures
- Work as part of a team to support testing and production goals
