Job Summary
We are seeking a Christian passionate and dynamic Teacher to inspire and educate students. Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards, incorporating instructional modifications for students with disabilities or special needs
- Deliver engaging instruction in core subjects such as literacy, math, science, social studies, and early childhood education using innovative educational technology tools
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learners, including students with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, visual impairments, or other special needs
- Manage classroom behavior through positive behavior management strategies and create a safe, inclusive learning environment
- Collaborate with special education staff on IEP (Individualized Education Program) development and ensure proper execution of accommodations and modifications
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress, behavioral concerns, and instructional strategies
- Utilize evidence-based practices such as speech therapy techniques, behavioral therapy, applied behavior analysis (ABA), music therapy, or recreational therapy when appropriate to support student development
Experience
- Prior classroom experience , preferably within a private school or early intervention program
- Skilled in classroom management and behavior management for students
- Strong communication skills for effective parent engagement and interdisciplinary collaboration
