Luxor Eye Institute | Bakersfield, California | Full-Time
Guide Patients Through Life-Changing Eye Care
Luxor Eye Institute is hiring a confident, compassionate, and results-driven Patient Care Coordinator to help patients move from consultation to treatment.
This role combines patient education, scheduling, follow-up, relationship management, and elective service coordination. You will work with patients considering cataract surgery, LASIK, ICL, dry eye treatments, specialty lenses, laser procedures, and other advanced eye-care services.
This is not a traditional front desk position. It is a patient-facing coordination and conversion role requiring strong communication, organization, follow-through, and professional judgment.

-
Coordinate with physicians, technicians, front desk staff, and leadership
