We are seeking a versatile, dependable, and mechanically inclined individual to join our team as a Utility Technician / Operations Support Specialist. This is a hands-on position that plays a critical role in supporting all aspects of our refreshment services operation, including route coverage, equipment repair, warehouse support, installations, and customer service.

What You'll Do
- Fill in for Route Drivers when needed by servicing vending machines, micro markets, AI coolers, coffee equipment, and customer accounts.
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair vending machines, coffee brewers, water coolers, and related equipment.
- Install, relocate, and remove vending, coffee, and refreshment equipment.
- Assist in the warehouse with receiving shipments, organizing inventory, pulling orders, and loading vehicles.
- Respond to service calls and equipment issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate service records and communicate equipment needs to management.
- Ensure company vehicles, tools, and work areas remain clean, organized, and safe.
- Provide outstanding customer service while representing the company in a professional manner.
- Support various operational needs as business demands require.
Qualifications
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills required.
- Previous experience repairing vending machines, coffee equipment, refrigeration equipment, or similar machinery is preferred but not required.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Basic computer and smartphone proficiency.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day.
