Job Overview
Seeking a qualified professional for placement as a Sales Account Executive. The Sales Account Executive is responsible for targeting new business opportunities and managing a portfolio of clients. This role involves identifying new opportunities for sales, developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, upselling or cross-selling, and achieving sales targets.
The position will require occasional domestic travel.
Duties
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned and new clients.
- Research and identify new potential clients and opportunities. Generating leads through various channels, such as cold calling, networking, email campaigns and online research to adequately market and generate appointments to key prospect opportunities per priority list.
- Interact with all levels of account associates from store level to senior corporate management to understand their needs, preferences, business goals, ensuring service levels and product expectations are met.
- Engage with potential clients to introduce the company’s products and services tailoring sales presentations and pitches to the client’s needs and preferences.
- Act as the main point of contact for client enquiries and issues including visiting Corporate/Division contacts for purpose of product or service demonstrations
- Maintain regular follow-ups to guide prospects through the sales process, establishing and nurturing relationships to gain their trust and confidence
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of products or services aligns with client expectations.
- Stay informed about market trends, competition, and industry developments providing feedback to improve products and services.
Requirements
- At least 5 years proven experience in B2B sales roles
- Proven track record in sales, account management and business development
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience dealing with corporate level management.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and results driven.
- Willingness to travel as necessary.
- Ideal candidate with direct theft retail security product knowledge or direct experience in Retail Loss Prevention

Pay: $75,000.00 per year
