Electrical Superintendent - Join the Integrity Electrical Services Team
Integrity Electrical Services is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Electrical Superintendent to lead field operations across multiple commercial electrical construction projects.
This leadership position is responsible for overseeing field personnel, coordinating labor allocation, maintaining project schedules, ensuring quality workmanship, promoting a strong safety culture, and delivering successful projects for our clients.
The ideal candidate is a proven leader who can effectively manage multiple projects, develop field personnel, solve problems proactively, and represent Integrity Electrical Services with professionalism and excellence.
Position Overview
The Electrical Superintendent serves as a key link between field operations, project management, customers, and company leadership. This individual is responsible for driving project success through effective planning, communication, leadership, and execution.
Key ResponsibilitiesField Leadership
- Lead and supervise Foremen, Lead Electricians, and field personnel across multiple projects
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, professionalism, and excellence
- Mentor and develop field employees to support long-term career growth
- Participate in hiring, training, and workforce development initiatives
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor project progress and provide leadership support
Project Execution
- Coordinate crew scheduling assignments and workforce planning
- Monitor project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved
- Identify and proactively resolve field challenges before they impact project performance
- Work closely with Project Managers to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget
- Review project plans, specifications, and scope requirements
- Assist with project startup, planning, and closeout activities
Safety & Quality
- Promote and enforce company safety policies and procedures
- Conduct safety meetings, site audits, and field inspections
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control
- Investigate and address safety concerns, incidents, and corrective actions
Customer & Contractor Relations
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with general contractors, owners, inspectors, and project stakeholders
- Represent Integrity Electrical Services in a professional manner at all times
- Participate in coordination meetings and project planning discussions
- Resolve field-related issues quickly and effectively
Operational Excellence
- Monitor labor productivity and workforce efficiency
- Assist with project forecasting and manpower planning
- Review field reports, timecards, and project documentation
- Coordinate equipment, tools, and material needs with project teams
- Support company initiatives focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of commercial electrical construction experience
- Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role (General Foreman or Superintendent)
- Strong understanding of commercial electrical systems, installation methods, and construction practices
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
- Journeyman Electrician certification
- Experience managing multiple commercial projects simultaneously
- Experience with Procore or similar project management software
- OSHA 30 certification
- Strong background in healthcare, industrial, manufacturing, hospitality, multifamily, data center, or large commercial projects

Pay: $105,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
