Caregiver

Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, personalized care to clients in their homes, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitor and report any changes in clients' physical, emotional, or behavioral status to our clinical team
Assist clients with medication management and administration, as needed
Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients, including household chores and meal preparation
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with our clinical team
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care coordination
Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with industry best practices and regulations
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
0 years of experience as a Caregiver or related field (training provided for new hires)
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate and empathetic approach to client care
Ability to lift, stand, and walk for extended periods
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable)
