Job Summary
Job Title: Team Leader – Hospitality
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Team Leader to oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who leads by example, motivates team members, and maintains a positive work environment. This position requires excellent communication, strong leadership and people management skills, flexibility to work various shifts, and the ability to ensure all guest rooms and public areas consistently meet the property's quality standards while delivering exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hospitality experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.
- Excellent presentation and professional appearance.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Excellent customer service and people skills with the ability to build positive relationships.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends (occasionally).
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
