Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic part-time Guest Service Agent to join our team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for our guests and ensuring their needs are met throughout their stay. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to handle various guest inquiries with professionalism and grace. Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions using phone systems.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Assist in managing reservations and room assignments efficiently.
- Uphold high standards of customer service in all interactions with guests.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential.
- Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for enhancing guest relations.
