Asbury Ridge is seeking a dependable and motivated Maintenance Tech to join our team. If you enjoy hands-on work, solving problems, and making a positive impact every day, we'd love to hear from you!
As a Maintenance Tech, you'll help maintain our senior living community by performing repairs, completing preventive maintenance, responding to maintenance requests, and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for our residents, visitors, and team members.

Perform routine building maintenance and repairs.

Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situations.

Assist with preventive maintenance of building systems and equipment.

Help maintain lighting, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and other facility systems.

Support fire safety, emergency preparedness, and disaster drills.

Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.

Follow OSHA and workplace safety guidelines.

Work with the Maintenance Director to ensure the community remains safe, clean, and in excellent condition.

Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and coworkers.

Maintenance, facilities, construction, or general repair experience preferred.

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Valid driver's license preferred.

Ability to troubleshoot and complete basic repairs independently.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Positive attitude with a team-first mindset.

Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical tasks including bending, climbing, standing, walking, and lifting throughout the workday.
