Job Overview
Immediate Opening for someone with Payroll experience in ADP Workforce Now. You will need to be an expert in Workforce Now so that you would be able to take over payroll with limited to no training.
- Maintain and update employee records related to compensation, benefits, and tax information within HRIS platforms.
- Reconcile payroll data through general ledger accounting, account reconciliation, and analysis of payroll reports.
- Prepare journal entries related to payroll transactions, including debits & credits, in accordance with accounting standards.
- Perform data entry tasks related to accounts payable and receivable to support financial accuracy.
- Assist with non-profit or governmental accounting procedures as needed, ensuring adherence to specific reporting requirements.
- Any other duties as required in Accounts Payables
Qualifications
- Proven experience with ADP payroll management software Workforce Now.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles including double entry bookkeeping, general ledger reconciliation, and financial concepts.
- Familiarity with accounting software like QuickBooks or similar platforms; experience with financial software is a plus.
- Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex payroll data and generate reports.
- Attention to detail is critical for this position
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
