Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP license or eligibility in Illinois
- SLP-CCC or CFY credentials, with experience in school and pediatric settings preferred
- Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 23 elementary-age students
- Strong collaboration, documentation, and communication skills
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative SLP services to elementary students across nearby campuses (all within blocks of each other)
- Manage caseloads efficiently, create individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress
- Foster positive relationships with students, families, and educational staff
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with all school and federal guidelines
