This Transformation / Integration Manager will serve a critical role in supporting Froedtert ThedaCare integration efforts by partnering closely with the VP of Integration and the Integration team as part of the Transformation and Integration Office. This individual will serve as a central leader creating alignment across distinct workstreams and integration efforts and advancing the overall integration program. This role is responsible for developing and rolling out frameworks to organize various workstreams, but also independently leading the resolution of thematic issues. This individual would have complex program management responsibilities during specific phases of an integration including Due Diligence, Day 1 preparation and post-close integration execution. The Integration Manager serves as a process expert, strategic thought partner, executive communicator and organizational navigator while providing structure and governance, value realization tracking, and execution planning. Success in this role requires strong collaboration, strategic thinking, and the ability to navigate complex, fast-paced transformation environments. Prior M&A experience is highly preferred.
Leads teams to accomplish specific Transformation and Integration Office (TIO) projects.- Manages a portfolio of projects simultaneously.
- Leads resource teams on assigned projects.
- Manages relationships with key stakeholders for assigned projects.
- Researches, compiles and analyzes data to support projects and strategy - ideally has or develops deep knowledge in priority project areas
Coaches and trains operations, resource teams, etc. on project principles.
Assumes primary role in the communication of broad overview perspective of projects with leadership sponsors- Creates Board-ready presentations and written materials to support projects and strategy
Supports the TIO Leadership Team in projects and ongoing management of transformation and integration capabilities
Develops very positive and trusted relationships with operational leaders and other project stakeholders.
Implements strategies within area of emphasis and works with key stakeholders to form a consensus on the approach to implementation and integration.
Improves and uses tools such as:
1. Project management software
2. Project documentation repository
3. Outcomes dashboards and KPI tracking
Other duties as assigned.
5-10 years of experience in project delivery or consulting in a specific industry.
Bachelor’s degree required
Post-baccalaureate degree preferred
SPECIAL SKILLS
:
Direct experience in project or program management (or related responsibilities) within the health care field is highly preferred.
Uses effective communication and deep knowledge to influence stakeholders and develop champions.
Experience with project management software, project documentation, outcomes dashboards and KPI tracking.
Meeting facilitation, ability to partner with leaders at all organizational levels, stakeholder management, data visualization, Lean/process improvement facilitation, change management.
