In this detail-oriented and people-focused role, you’ll guide customers through eligibility requirements, documentation, and program processes while addressing questions, resolving concerns, and connecting families to valuable early childhood and community resources. You’ll also conduct quality assurance reviews by verifying records and performing precise financial calculations to ensure compliance and accuracy in both initial and ongoing eligibility determinations. Working in a collaborative, fast-paced office environment, you’ll partner with teammates and leadership to deliver high-quality service while maintaining professionalism, cultural sensitivity, and clear, confident communication. Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience
1-3 years Minimum of (2) years working in public relations with students, families, and community members in underserved communities.
1-3 years Minimum of (1) year of teaching experience in PK-12th grade or experience with adult learning.
1-3 years Minimum of (2) years of successful coordination and implementation of a program across multiple locations/buildings/campuses.
1-3 years Minimum of (2) years working in student mental health field as a counselor or social worker.
