Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and energetic General Helper/Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. Duties
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of construction sites, including moving materials and equipment
- Perform manual handling tasks such as lifting, carrying, and positioning construction materials and tools
- Support skilled tradespeople with tasks like equipment repair, tool operation, and material delivery
- Follow blueprint reading and interpret technical drawings to aid in construction activities
- Operate power tools and assist with the installation of construction plans while ensuring all safety regulations are followed
Qualifications
- Must have hanging and finishing drywall experience.
- Prior construction experience or familiarity with construction workplace safety regulations is preferred
- Experience with Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical, or Roofing.
- Mechanical knowledge or experience with equipment repair is a plus
- Physical strength for heavy lifting, climbing, and manual handling tasks in various weather conditions
- Willingness to learn new skills related to construction plans, power tools, and equipment operation

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
