Salary Range: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Active Property and Casualty Insurance License in Minnesota preferred.
Minimum of two years of hands-on experience in an insurance or related field.
Strong command of agency management systems and Microsoft Office suite.
Exceptional ability to de-escalate complex situations with empathy and patience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience with carrier portals is a plus.
Act as the primary point of contact for our policyholders, answering questions and resolving issues with a welcoming attitude.
Process policy endorsements, renewals, and billing inquiries accurately and on time.
Assess client coverage needs during every interaction to ensure they are adequately protected.
Collaborate with our producers to prepare quotes and finalize new business applications.
Maintain meticulous records within our internal systems to keep client information current and reliable.
Identify potential gaps in coverage and proactively communicate these findings to help our clients stay secure.
