Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Conduct routine foot patrols (vehicle or golf cart patrols if assigned)

Monitor property for suspicious activity, safety hazards, or policy violations

Respond promptly and professionally to incidents and emergencies

Write clear, detailed, and accurate incident reports

Provide customer service and assist visitors, staff, and clients

Follow all company policies and site post orders

Participate in required training and maintain professional standards

High school diploma or equivalent required

Prior experience in security, military, law enforcement, or customer service preferred

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to remain professional in high-pressure situations

Strong observation and problem-solving skills

Reliable transportation required

Flexible schedule with weekend availability

Must pass background check (criminal, credit, and motor vehicle)
