As an After School Poms/Cheer Instructor, you will be instrumental in fostering a positive and engaging environment for children participating in cheerleading and pom activities. Reporting to the program coordinator, your role involves utilizing your core skills in childcare and experience with children to teach and inspire young athletes. Your premium skills in classroom management and first aid will ensure a safe and structured atmosphere. Additionally, your relevant skills in sports coaching and behavior management will enhance the overall experience, promoting teamwork and personal growth among participants. Poms/Cheer Instructors wanted to teach youth after school classes for PreK-4th Grades at schools in Bethesda, Chevy Chase, Kensington, and NW DC, beginning in early September. These one-hour classes meet one day per week (Monday-Friday). You must have your own transportation. Please provide your availability for classes Monday-Friday, 3:00pm-4:00pm.
